What happens when I exceed my consumption limits?

You'll be notified at 80% and 100% usage. Overages are billed at per-unit rates: AI queries at $0.10/query, connector syncs at $0.01/sync, report exports at $0.50/export, scenario runs at $1/run. No service interruption — we never cut access mid-cycle.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties for switching.
